KinderSuite is located in the United States.  Our company is based in the State of New Jersey.

Currently we only sell to our customers online.

All orders are processed within two business days of the order being placed.  Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays.  Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and on Holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

Sales tax is charged on orders that ship to the following states: New Jersey

Please note orders that have been fulfilled and shipped cannot be changed or canceled.  Please contact us by email at customerservice@kindersuite.com if you have any questions about your order and we will be glad to provide assistance.

We are very sorry that your order had to be canceled.  Please note Kindersuite reserves the right to cancel any order.  Reasons for the cancellation may include but are not limited to the following: (I) difficulty processing your payment (II) the item is no longer available (III)  fraud alert or a record or history of fraudulent activity and payment disputes (IV) erroneous information provided on the order.  Please note we will not charge your credit card if the order was canceled.  If you have any questions about why we were unable to process  your order please contact us at customerservice@kindersuite.com.

We currently only ship to the contiguous United States. Unfortunately we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or Internationally. 

At this time we do not ship to these addresses. 

We use USPS. FedEx, and UPS to ship to our customers. For orders filled from outside of the United States, we may utilize DHL and ePacket shipping service.  For more detailed information, please review our stores shipping policy HERE.

Order tracking will be updated on your order once your items have been packed and shipped.  An email with shipping and tracking information will be sent to the email address for your store account or the one you provided at checkout.  

Depending on your shipping address, delivery times will vary.   Orders shipping ground from within the United States will on average arrive within three to seven business days.  Large over-sized items may take up to ten business day to deliver.  Custom orders will have longer shipping times.  Average delivery time may be between five to ten business days.  Delivery times for packages shipped from our international suppliers may be longer.   Please note we are not responsible for carrier service transit times especially during peak seasons or carrier delays due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.  For more detailed information please read our store shipping policy HERE.

We do not offer combined shipping for all items in our store so shipping times will vary.  For delivery status please check the tracking information provided with your order carefully.  Note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  For more detailed information please review our stores shipping policy HERE.

We apologize if there was a delay in shipping your order.  Delays could be the result of a back order with a supplier.  For any shipping delays customers will be notified if the merchandise becomes unavailable and cannot be shipped right away.

Note: Kindersuite reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled due to unexpected and long lead times to our customers. 

 

An exclusive ecommerce shipping service for packages arriving from our international suppliers.  The USPS treats these packages that are arriving from outside the United States like first-class mail.  Packages shipped via ePacket all have a barcode that can be scanned and tracked by the USPS.

Please carefully review our Return/Refund Policy.  All returns must be done with (30) days of the date of purchase.  We do not accept returns or issue refunds without a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.  Please note customized products are non-returnable.  Goods eligible for return must be returned back unused in the same condition it was received in and in its original packaging.  Customer is responsible for all return shipping cost.  We will not accept back counterfeit products.  Not adhering to this policy could result in a refund not being issued. All shipping and handling cost are non-refundable.
